A gas detector is a device which detects the presence of various gases within an area, usually as part of a safety system. This type of equipment is used to detect a gas leak and interface with a control system so a process can be automatically shut down. A gas detector can also sound an alarm to operators in the area where the leak is occurring, giving them the opportunity to leave the area. This type of device is important because there are many gases that can be harmful to organic life, such as humans or animals

Ozone Monitor & Controller

Our Advanced Ozone Monitors and Controllers measures accurate and fast environmental Ozone Concentration in a flexible cost effective package. The outputs include analog voltage, relay and status indicators Digital Read out with RS 232 communication interface (optional). The signal from Ozone sensor is fed to the Central Controller for necessary feed back and control. Central Controller keeps the Ozone Concentration of environment in the set limits as per standards.

Ozone Monitor & Controller

Ozone concentration monitor cum sensor is provided for the occupied areas. At least one Monitor cum Sensor is provided for each AHU serving the area.
Visual display is provided on the outer case of the Monitor comprising a digital display indicating the concentration of ozone in the occupied space.
The sensor, monitor and all components are mounted in one neat and compact case, suitable for wall mounting or duct installation. The indicating lights or the Display are mounted on the cover of the case
The monitor has a pot free contact. In the event of ozone concentration reaching the set alarm value, “Normally Close” changes to “Normally Open”. The change over contact can be used to switch off the Ozone Generator, when concentration exceeds the set value and provide an audiovisual alarm.
The monitor also provides a linear 0 to 5 Volts DC output voltage, proportional to concentration of ozone. This can be interfaced with the BMS to record continuously concentration in PPB or PPM. This will also enable shutting down the ozone generators through the BMS, if the set high level is reached.
The monitor is capable of interfacing with BMS
Input power source is 24 volts, DC, provided. Suitable adaptor for this is provided with the Monitor.

VOC Monitor & Controller

We offers advance semi conductor based VOC monitor and controllers, which is reliable, efficient and cost effective. VOC monitors can be monitored at Duct, plenum or space mounting for providing total flexibility to suit all applications. The Sensor can continuously track the indoor VOC and odor, and this signal is then delivered to the Central Controller. This helps in the necessary control to dynamically modulate the Ozone output from Duct mounted Units via Variable Load Controller in order to eliminate VOC, odor and smoke.

These sensors are suitable to detect multiple VOCs present in the indoor environment and deliver the signals based on the TVOC. It provides a 0 to 5 VDC Analog signal for interface BMS. The VOC sensor and controller is fully factory wired, which is assembled and field wiring is limited to only input and output connections.

Carbon Dioxide Monitor & Controller

We offer sophisticated infrared and maintenance free carbon dioxide monitors & controller for installation in the climate zone or in the ventilation duct measures. The carbon dioxide concentration in the ambient air is upto 2000 ppm and transforms the data into an analogue 0 - 10V or LO/HI output signal.

The unit is designed in order to provide feedback to central controller and B.M.S. as required. Further, the linear output functions are pre programmed as CO2 transmitters are provided with outputs 0 - 10V. This helps in decreasing the energy consumption by modulating the fresh air intake as per the actual requirement maintaining a healthier indoor climate.

Integrated IAQ Monitor

We are manufacturing and exporting a wide range of Integrated IAQ Monitors. These advanced monitors enable simultaneous monitoring of six or less common air quality parameters with a single instrument. The six individual sensors provide continuous measurement of environmental Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC), Ozone (O3), Temperature, and Humidity.

Each of the sensor is capable of providing 0 - 10 VDC, 0 - 5 VDC or 4 - 20 mA (user specified). This helps to ensure accurate and precise input to operate IAQ devices for improving the indoor air quality along with energy reduction by saving upon capital and operating costs. Further, the air quality data can be logged to a removable SD card or PC and can be exported to other programs for generating reports.
